Hey there, I’m Lekota.

I used to have IBS(serious constipation), and I was determined to fix it without using pills and medications.

I tried out the plant-based/vegan diet and I no longer have IBS.

However, I became quite skinny after going on a juice fast, which I went on for detox purposes.
